Fallas Leal, an enthusiast, knowledgeable, professional and proactive Costa Rican real estate consultant.  Jorge has a real estate broker's license from the Costa Rican Board of Realtors (CCCBR-0543) since 1989.  He has made a science of researching property all over Costa Rica.  Thorough familiarity with the country enables him to listen to his client's needs and pinpoint an area that will satisfy those specific requirements.  His research method also helps the clients stay out of trouble and hidden clouds in the purchasing and developing steps.
